Mr. Gururaj S. Thali joined us as the Chairman and Managing Director from May 2012. He brings with him 50 years of extensive knowledge in the field of structural engineering designs and the construction industry. He also has the distinction of creating a consulting company, Potential Service Consultant’s Pvt. Ltd., and leading it to the pinnacle of glory since its inception in 1987 till 2010. He graduated in Civil Engineering from the Bangalore University in 1967, securing fourth position in the university and is a post graduate from the Indian Institute of Science. Bangalore.

After six years (1970-1976) of design experience in India with Semac Consulting Engineers and having established their New Delhi and Middle East Operations. worked with one of the top international consultants. Kuwait Engineers Office, Kuwait, for ten years (1976-1986) before starting his own organisation Potential Service Consultants Pvt Ltd in 1987 in India.

He led the firm as the President and Principal Consultant for a number of outstanding projects in India like the campus for Microsoft Hyderabad, Mind space Hyderabad, Embassy Golf Business Park Bangalore, Lanco Hyderabad, TCS Siruseri Chennai, Manyata Tech Park Bangalore, Prestige Shantiniketan Bangalore, ITC Gardenia, Ritz Carlton, Mantri Mall, Phoenix Mall, Cisco Bangalore, Brigade Mall, Brigade Sheraton, Volkswagen Factory at Pune, and many more. He has the credit of designing many residential, commercial, hospitals, hotels, malls and industrial projects all over India.

He was associated with international architects like I. M. Pei & Associates, PERKIN+WIL Associates, Sasaki Associates, Carlos Otto, Carlos Lonce, HOK, USA, Hongkong, RSP India, DSP Associates, Singapore, and many others for their projects in India and abroad. He was also associated with project management consultants CBRE, JLL, Megharaj, Colliers, DTZ, Synergy, for projects in India.

He has obtained an international patent for bracketed flat slab and many of his projects have won international awards.

He was recognised for his works by ACCE and CIVIL AID, BUERO VERITAS.

He is a member of ACI. Life Member of ACCE, Instruct, Institute of Engineers, INSDAG and ICI.

Mr. Subramanya is the founder director of the company and is based at Bangalore, India. He is responsible for the overall development of the company and heading the portfolio for business development, customer management, projects, office administration, finances and estimation teams. He started his career as a site engineer and rose to the leadership role in Potential Service Consultants Pvt. Ltd., as Associate Director in a short span and was closely associated with many of the important prestigious projects and strategic clients. His effective planning, organizational skills, proven innovative and practical solutions have been utilized in a number of multi storied / high rise towers for residential, commercial, hospitals, hotels and corporate institutional projects.

A passionate civil engineer, he has intense knowledge of the construction industry and is specialized in Design management, construction management, project management, contract administration, and valuation quality control aspects of the building industry and water proofing.

He has interacted with various international firms like HOK, Tisshman, PCF, Gherzi Eastern, ws Atkins, JLL, Jurong, CBRE, Andy Fischer, DTZ, RTKL & Bosch. He is a life member of ACCE and Instruct and he has made a number of presentations on suitable water proofing methods for different areas in the projects.

Mr. H. P. Yogesh is the founder director of the company and is based at Bangalore, India. He is a graduate in civil engineering from the University of Mysore in 1998 and a post graduate in structures from SJCE, Mysore. He is responsible for the overall design, delivery of drawings and quality assurance. He is also responsible for the overall development of the company and participates in business development and customer management. He was the Associate Director (Designs) in Potential Service Consultants Pvt. Ltd., and worked there for over a decade. In his tenure in Potential he gained valuable experience, excellent leadership qualities and was awarded BEST STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER three times in three consecutive years.

He was actively involved in the structural design function and has to his credit prestigious high rise buildings, institutional buildings, hotels, malls, hospitals and industrial buildings. He has undergone advanced training in seismic engineering, ductile detailing as per India Standards.

He involves himself right from concept development to delivery of drawings ensuring quality at every stage. He is associated with international architects such as HOK, RSP, SOM, WATG, WOW, HADI TEHRANI, Andy Fischer Workshop and many others.

He is a life member of IE, ACCE, ISSE, ICI, IPA and a registered consulting structural engineer for BBMP, VHMC and PMC.

A progressive civil engineer, He brings with him 20+ years of strong experience in preparing Detail drawing of Structural Steel, RC wall (MIVAN), waffle slab and Concrete Structures for Commercial, Residential, Institutional, and Industrial Buildings & solving site issues whenever required by site team/arch. He completed his Dip. Civil Engineering, graduate from the H.K.E.S Polytechnic, Gulbarga.

A progressive civil engineer, he brings with him over 15.5 years of strong experience in QS related works estimation, costing, tendering, billing etc. for all types of Commercial, Residential, Institutional and Industrial Buildings & leading the team. He completed his BE in Civil Engineering, MCE, Hassan VTU Belagavi.

An astute professional having 18+ Years of rich experience in Structural Design which includes High Rise Residential Buildings and Commercial Buildings, Malls, Hotels, Multi-Level Car Parking Structures, and mix use Project. Also specialize in Composite Structural Steel building and post tensioned structural building. He completed his Master of Structural Engineering from Anna University, Govt College of Engineering, Coimbatore, Tamil nadu.

A Structural engineer carrying 16+ years of rich experience in design of various Residential and Commercial Buildings, Shopping Malls, hotels and IT Parks. Also specialized in Multi-Level Car Park Designs and Steel Structures with Roof Truss. He completed his M.Tech in Industrial Structures from Vishweshwaraiah University, Karnataka. 

He is a post graduate in structures from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. He brings with him over 19+ years of experience in estimation, project management, project co-ordination, quality control, design co-ordination including execution of high rise structures. He manages projects and ensures timely and quality deliverables with his extensive knowledge and experience.

A passionate civil engineer from MS Ramaiah Engineering College, Bangalore. He brings with him over 17 years of experience in estimation, project management, project co-ordination, quality control, design co-ordination including execution of high rise structures. He manages the entire projects team and ensures timely and quality deliverables with his extensive knowledge and experience.

A graduate in Civil Engineering from JNT University, Andhra Pradesh and a Masters in Business Management form Osmania University, he brings with him 33+ years of rich experience in the areas of planning, Tendering, Quantity Surveying, Project Monitoring and Cost Control and is exposed to the construction and monitoring of industrial, commercial, institutional and IT related facilities.

A progressive civil engineer, he brings with him over 17+ years of experience in Estimation, project management, project coordination, quality control, design Co-ordination including execution of high rise structures. He manages the entire Projects team and ensures timely and quality deliverables with his extensive knowledge and experience.

A progressive civil engineer, she brings with her over 20 years of experience. She has a strong background of planning, concept design, documentation, design management, co-ordination, drafting and ensures quality drawings with her extensive knowledge in the civil engineering industry.

A zealous structural engineer carrying 13+ Years of rich experience in design of various kind of buildings. He completed his MTech from KLE'S institute of technology, Belgaum, Karnataka. He also heads the structural design team and exclusively the residential and commercial project segment.

A civil engineering graduate from the esteemed university, BITS Pillani, she brings with her over 13 years of structural design experience.  She is excellent in her communication customer relations and her versatility and confidence saw her move on to relations and her versatility and confidence saw her move on to the position of Business Development Manager in the company.  She handles the client partner relationship with aplomb and overseas the projects in the design phase.

He is a qualified chartered accountant from the institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI) and holds a graduate degree in BBM form Bangalore University. He brings with him 10 Years of experience in handling accounts and finance. Sunil participates in providing financial advice to the company, Budgetary planning form both short and long terms and contributes to the organization as a business analyst.
