Mr. Subramanya Swamy is the Co-Founder and Joint Managing Director of M/s Innotech Engineering Consult Pvt. Ltd. and a highly accomplished civil engineer with over three decades of experience in design co-ordination, Estimation and costing, construction management, project planning, and quality assurance. Since commencing his career in 1992 as a Site Engineer, he has successfully led and delivered a wide range of complex residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and IT/ITES projects.

In 2010, he co-founded Innotech Engineering Consult Pvt. Ltd., which has since established itself as a trusted and respected engineering consultancy in the building industry. His deep understanding of construction materials, quality control, and engineering practices also led to his contribution as the author of the waterproofing section in the Reference Manual for Field Engineers published by the Government of Karnataka in 2013.

Under his leadership, Innotech has been recognized with prestigious industry accolades, including the ACI Excellence in Concrete Construction Award (2017) and the Outstanding Structure Award (2020) for the landmark Embassy Lake Terraces project. A Life Member of ACCE, ICI, and INSTRUCT, Mr. Swamy continues to contribute to the advancement of the engineering profession. His distinguished career has been honoured with the Eminent Engineer Award from ACCE in 2018 and the Indian Concrete Institute in 2021, recognizing his exceptional contributions to structural engineering and the construction industry.
