Mr. Gururaj S Thali joined us as the Chairman and Managing Director from 2012 and brings over five decades of exceptional expertise in structural engineering and the construction industry. A graduate in Civil Engineering from UVCE, Bengaluru, and a master’s degree holder from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, he is widely recognized for his innovative approach and technical excellence in delivering complex structural solutions across India and the Middle East.
In 1987, he founded Potential Service Consultants Pvt. Ltd., establishing a strong reputation for engineering excellence and innovation. Under his leadership, Innotech Engineering Consult Pvt. Ltd. has continued to set new benchmarks in structural design and engineering practices aligned with international standards.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Mr. Gururaj S Thali has led the design and execution of more than 450 million sq. ft. of built space, encompassing high-rise residential towers, mixed-use developments, IT parks, commercial complexes, hotels, hospitals, industrial facilities, and large-span structures. Renowned for pioneering advanced construction technologies, he has introduced innovative solutions such as the patented Bracketed Flat Plate System, voided slab technology, slip-form construction, high-strength concrete applications, and specialized retrofitting methodologies.
